WE BELIEVE

Artisans and craftsmen are skilled people who need guidance in terms of design, marketing and technology to upskill their level and become independent. At Takshni, we strive to make that happen so that not only can we utilize and harness their skill but they themselves can grow and prosper.

We also believe, that we all need to slow down. That runaway growth simply cannot be sustained by our one and only Planet Earth. And that one way to address this holistically, is by buying less, but buying things that will last; by buying things that are gentler to our planet; and by buying things that directly support livelihoods of the underprivileged and under represented.

It is important to be conscious about what we buy and from whom we buy.
